Overview

American recipes measure in cups, European ones in grams – and a cup of flour weighs very different from a cup of sugar. KitchenConvert knows the weight of 80+ ingredients, so it converts between cups, spoons, ounces, milliliters and grams correctly, for US, metric, imperial and Japanese cups.

Out of butter? It tells you how much oil to use instead, and covers 42 swaps like honey for sugar or dry yeast for fresh. Oven temperatures in Celsius, Fahrenheit and gas marks, scaling a recipe to another pan and egg sizes around the world are all one click away.

Paste a recipe in any of 23 languages and KitchenConvert converts the amounts, scales the servings and translates the ingredient names. It works offline.
