Report a problem, malware or copyright issue
Noticed a problem? Let us know – every report is read and checked. Choose the type of report below.
Suspicious file or antivirus alert
If your antivirus flags a file downloaded from MultiBirds, or a program behaves unexpectedly, please send us:
- the program name and the page you downloaded it from;
- your antivirus name and the exact detection name (a screenshot helps);
- the SHA-256 fingerprint of your file (
Get-FileHashin PowerShell).
If needed, we take the file offline immediately while we investigate. Antivirus vendors sometimes produce "false positives" on new software; in that case we submit the file to them for correction.
Copyright or trademark infringement (DMCA)
If you believe content published on MultiBirds infringes your rights, send a notice that includes:
- your full contact details (name, company, address, e-mail);
- the copyrighted work or trademark concerned;
- the exact address (URL) of the infringing content on MultiBirds;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We review every notice and promptly remove content that is clearly infringing. Abusive or false notices may make their author liable.
