These terms govern your use of MultiBirds.com and the download of the software offered on it. By using the site or downloading software, you agree to them.

1. The service

MultiBirds.com presents and distributes Windows software developed by developers whose software has been reviewed, as well as links to third-party services. Downloading is free and requires no account.

Unless stated otherwise, these terms apply in the same way to all software offered on MultiBirds, whether it is published by MultiBirds or by other developers: licensing, no warranty, exclusion of liability, purchases and refunds, and prohibited uses.

2. Downloads and software licenses

Each program is governed by its own end-user license agreement (EULA), shown during installation or on the program's official website. By installing or using a program, you accept its license. A download only gives you the right to use the program under that license; it does not transfer any ownership. Unless the license says otherwise, you may not resell, rent, redistribute or modify the software.

3. The publisher of each program

Each program's page names its publisher (the developer of the software) for information only. We check every file before publication (signature, antivirus scan, installer behaviour), but these checks are not a guarantee and create no obligation for MultiBirds or for the publisher. Some installers may download additional components or offer optional software or offers; you remain free to decline such offers during installation.

4. Use at your own risk

You download, install and use any software entirely at your own risk and under your sole responsibility. It is up to you to check that a program suits your needs and your system, to back up your data before installing, and to use the program lawfully and in line with the rules of third-party services. You alone are responsible for any consequence of downloading, installing or using it, including any damage to your computer or loss of data. In particular, some games and online services prohibit automation tools such as auto clickers: it is up to you to respect their terms.

5. Paid software and refunds

Paid programs and Pro upgrades are sold through their official website, the Microsoft Store or a payment provider (for example PayPal). The price is shown before purchase. Sales and refund terms, and any statutory right of withdrawal, are those stated by the seller at the time of purchase. For digital content, the right of withdrawal may end once the download or activation begins with your consent.

6. No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and all software, whether published by MultiBirds or by other developers, are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, freedom from errors or viruses, or uninterrupted operation. Neither MultiBirds nor the software publishers give any warranty. Published information (versions, screenshots, exchange rates, news, etc.) is provided for information only.

7. Exclusion of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither MultiBirds, nor the developers and publishers of the software offered are liable for any damage, direct or indirect (including loss of data, profits or business, interruption, or damage to hardware or software), arising from downloading, installing, using, or being unable to use the site or any software. This exclusion applies to all software, including software published by MultiBirds. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example for intentional misconduct or gross negligence), or your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

8. Prohibited uses

• Re-hosting, mirroring or offering for download on another site any file distributed on MultiBirds (our software and other developers' alike), or linking directly to our installer files ("hotlinking") without written permission – links to our pages are welcome;
• modifying, decompiling or re-packaging any installer distributed on MultiBirds, or wrapping it in another program or download manager;
• scraping the site's content for republication, or overloading our servers;
• trying to bypass the security of the site or of any software, or using software for unlawful purposes.

9. External and affiliate links

The site links to third-party websites (official sites, the Microsoft Store, partner services). We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content or terms. Some links are affiliate links and are labelled as such: if you make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

10. Intellectual property and reports

Site content (text, design, logos, screenshots) belongs to MultiBirds or to its respective owners. Windows, Microsoft Store, Roblox and other trademarks mentioned belong to their owners; they are named only to describe compatibility, with no affiliation unless stated. 11. Terms for developers

By submitting software through the Submit your software form, you represent and warrant that:

• you own the software or are authorized to distribute it;
• the software contains no malware, spyware, undisclosed adware or hidden functionality;
• all information you provide is accurate, in particular about the digital signature and about any offers, advertising or additional downloads performed by the installer.

You grant MultiBirds a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, distribute, describe and present the software (name, logo, screenshots) on MultiBirds.com for as long as it is published there. We may decline, suspend or remove any software at any time, including if a later version no longer meets our criteria. Publication involves no payment and no traffic commitment.

12. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page. Mandatory provisions that protect you as a consumer in your country of residence remain applicable. Contact: support@multibirds.com.
